How to write a letter to a government agency
NGO implements its project in Cambodia need to report to the relevant government agency such as budget, fix assets (vehicles) and activity reports etc.
When the NGO purchase a vehicle they could prepare a bunch of documents process for tax exemption. This need to request Council for Development of Cambodia (CDC) to delete the vehicle from the list then the NGO could disposal later. Here is a sample:

of Cambodia (CDC) / Cambodian Rehabilitation and Development Board (CRDB) and has

repair/fix and useless for project activities because of its condition is very
poor and we can not afford for the cost of consumption.
